Can't repair items above wotlk item level

Hi there, where in the DB or DBC, should I fix this? I have retroported all items from Legion/WOD/MOP and Cata, but cant repair items that have item level 333 or above (in other words, non WOTLK items).
If I take the item ingame with Item level above 333 to a blacksmith or any npc that can repair It will be able to repair it. So if its durability goes to zero, I cant wear the item anymore.

THis means, the durability keeps dropping until the item cannot be weared.

Is this a DBC or DB fix?

Thanks a lot for your help!  I just directly retroported a WOD durabilitycosts.dbc, and it work right away!
