To  Use WOD models on 3.3.5  properly? i downloaded patch-j made by clockworkapple23 from this thread:http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=93&t=8846&start=105
but there are no fixes mentioned about errors it causes and NPC old and new textures stacking .. i found nothing about patch that turns NPC to wod models. its very frustrating already. Can anyone confirm one or another ? is it possible to make it work without editing photoshopping using dozens of tools etc or not?

Not as far as I know. It takes a lot of work to get them working in 3.3.5a and it seems as if anyone who's gotten them working well has kept their patches to themselves, minus that one seemingly good release on the Model-Changing site.

Actually all i want are Blood elf females to work i dont care about anything else. since i play blood elf i want blood elf female to work

It's going to take less work, but you can do it if you follow the tutorial on how to do it.... it's somewhere on this forum.

i have seen that video its like 50 mins long and takes 8 different tools to use . do you think i can find anyone who would do it ?

i have one quetly good working version - capes working - all hair styles etc but it was for Arathor not for everyone however after lastest events i never released this patch even for them in full version so still have it only for my own

Why not, if it's all working, release it then? It'd save a lot of people a ton of work from repeating the same conversions, fixes, etc... over and over, plus you've probably got them working well unlike a lot of people who can't model-edit.  :P
