Hey all.

I'm wondering if there's a flag somewhere that would cause a player to have the Death Knight eye effect without being a Death Knight. Perhaps a spell effect that does the same thing? Not sure. If anyone knows, please leave a comment. Appreciate ya.

The DK eyes are associate with a speicifc skin flag that is hardcoded to only being applied for Deathknights.
It's the same hardcoding that prevents normal players from using npc skins in 3.x.x (You can use npc skins in TBC and Vanilla)

Create spell that will attach helmet to your head
model of helmet can be done as flat planes with blue glow and rigget with billboarded bone settings to eyes so you'll get DK's like glow - work for 20 mins
