Config file missing.

framework 4.5 >> What framework. There is not Framework needed. Only the c++ runtime.

How is the config file missing ? Also, it runs for nearly 25 seconds, how the hell is this supposed to not run properly oO

Milliseconds. That's 2,5 seconds. That's upon reading WDTs / DBCs for building menus or the menu background.
