I found this place and was wondering if someone could help me. I want to make my snowy griffion appear as my blue wind rider, because i like griffions but can't use them on my main (tauren frost dk).

If someone could help me it would be nice

It would have to be Client side No one else can see it except you.

Yeah, this basically.
Unless, of course, you're on your very own server and you want to change something server wide.
But this guy is right, ONLY you can see it.
