Hello, there so I see you're looking for the garrison files.

Many people are including myself but you need to make a listfile with the names of the m2, skin/s and maybe wmo.

Once you have the names you can make a list and you will be able to extract them.

One of the ways to get the names of the files would be via the db2/c files, but I've yet to find a program that can open them if I had the source to mydbceditor maybe I could get it to read the new values.

That I'm aware of his patch doesn't contain any buildings just walls and some  things that would go in a building or outside in a open area.

some of the building are working and if you want to fix some of them you have to remove the particules of the m2s of the wmo sometimes it works sometimes it dont I didn't check garrison only townhall and some few I only use ironhorde wmos

There have got to be some people that have a full release. I've seen screenshots of people's builds on these forums that include like for example the human Fisherman Shack and such...

There's been a WOW Model Viewer release that is supposed to support WoD.  It might still have some bugs.  Anyway, use it and export it yourself.  You can use the tutorials to convert the export into a WotLK WMO.
