SOLVED [Question] Does anyone have Bloody Dancing Steel?

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had the files for Bloody Dancing Steel weapon enchant, or perhaps point me in the right direction to find the files, I've searched mostly all of my MoP MPQ files to no avail as well as my WoD files I just can't seem to find the enchant.

So I've found some relations to the enchant but I can't keep going due to not being able to open the dbc files because all the dbc-editors I try can't read them.

If anyone has any information on how to open MoP/WoD db2/c files it would be appreciated.

maybe you just need to rename it like the item.db2 to item.dbc and convert to csv by WoWParser2_ADB_DB2_WDB_DBC_Reader I dont know what dbc your talking about
