Auto-save implies that changes get saved that might or might not cause issues afterwards. If it gets implemented, it should be optional at best.

Yep I  honestly agree on autosave as optional, would save alot of cursing before the crash..Or add even more cursing after the crash

I dont htink that it is a good idea to autosave ass long you have no undo function. i often just do som stupid stuff and clear a chunk or what ever. And exactly in this second... AUTOSAVE.
Now i just close noggit and reopne it.
