Noggit3 v120 just not working

Update your graka driver or buy new GFX board.

GL: Version: 1.4.0 - Build 4.14.10.4020

Is fare to old for noggit. We use 3 and 4 comands.

Alsu if your project path is the same as the wow pathc you can comment it out. Then Project and wow path is used the same source.
