After a long long time of Reallife, i found some time for WoW Again and i spend it to build a little bit.
Here some work on a new Town, with custom WMOs and some WoD+Legion stuff

Why Part by Part? Theres a lot easier way. you can construct a complete Vault in GECK (without the animated stuff like doors) than combine all parts to an SCOL (strg+g) than you got the Vault as one big NIF open with Nifscope, convert to OBJ open in Blender, fix some Textures, export as OBJ convert to WMO and convert all the Textures to BLP.

Works with all Partbuilding stuff from Fallout 3, NV, Oblivion, Skyrim as i know so far. Maybe i make a Tutorial later.

Of course you can use it.
I had no use for it, just made it to try out whats possible. Maybe there comes a second (bigger) one in the next days, its a lot of Fun  :D


Edit: two little Bugs i found so far, 1. Copper Pipes are not round. 2. Some black plates, change renderflag in 010 should fix it

After all these inspiring Fallout WoW Crossovers, i decided to try converting a Vault to WoW just for Fun, so this is my Work after 6 Hours.

Start working again and place some new areas, with water, groundeffects, new sky...
Thanks to Milly for the Procedual Water Patch!  :)

(PS: Got some errors when i add the water, a lots of little details got lost and a few objects get multiplied... so a few of the 169 ADTs must be cleared and rebuild again )

Is there any way to delete this multiple Objects faster then one by one in Noggit? Tried it with Cryec Tools but it only displaced my water and deletes my WMOs but not the M2 like i want....

Level Design / [QUESTION] Crshing Whater with new Skybox

Heyo after a long time i tried a little bit of modding again... and after a while i add Water to my little island and play a little bit around, anything works fine... so i decide to add a few ambient light by editing the light.dbc.
Works perfect until the moment i tried to go underwater, in the moment i dive the game crashed. So i tried to fix it by myself but with 8 different Skyboxes and lightparams.dbc refs theres no difference.
So at this moment i can add Light on a part of forrest, but at the moment the "Light Circle" touches an ADT with water i cant go underwater without crash.

Anyone who knows a Solution?

(And i hope you understand my problem  :D    )


(Zu Deutsch: Ich hab ne Insel mit Wasser und 2 einträge in der Light.dbc dafür, 1 eintrag setzt nen bissl nebel in wald die andere soll nen tollen himmel übern wasser anzeigen, aber egal wie ich dias 2. licht auch in der light.dbc und lightparams.dbc einstelle es stürzt ab wenn ich im wasser tauchen will. Wenn ich den 2. Eintrag lösche gehts wieder ich kann ohne probleme tauchen, also irgendwas passt in dieser Kombi Custom Map, Custom Light, Custom Wasser nicht aber ich bekomm einfach nicht raus wos problem liegt, da die Skyboxen die ich getestet habe ja auch im standard WoW vorkommen)

Noggit / Re: [HELP]Custom Map Crash

Got the same problem, changed my noggit from B22 to SDL1.3 (old version that i downloaded months ago) a few days ago all works fine but then i got an error i cant spawn WMOs, so i updated my Noggit and since then i got an crash on my Map when i hit a specific ADT.
So seems to be an error of that Version.

Miscellaneous / [DBC] Emotes from Cata/Mop to 3.3.5

Hey guys, i converted Worgen, Goblin and pandaren a while ago and after a long pause i restart my works, so i tried to convert the Animations/Emotes like Meditate and Worgen Transformation from MoP to Wotlk but it seems to not work at all.

So what i tried so far:
I changed the AnimationData.dbc and the Emotes.dbc like this:

Emotes.dbc
477,"STATE_MEDITATE",506,0x2,0x0,0,0,

AnimationData.dbc
506,"Meditate",0x10,0x100,0,0,506,0,

put it in a patch for client and in the dbc files of my trinity Server, used .mod stand 477  ingame... and nothing happens.

So i think i miss something but i dont know what and i hope anyone else can help me.

So when Noggit 1.3 saves Water, the Groundeffect Fix wont work right? So its better to work with Noggit 1.2 make groundeffect and after that begin with Noggit 1.3??

Easy way to fix drawed Shadows:
1.Open up ADT in Tallis
2. Edit->Replacement Tools->Kill all Shadows (Dont use Shadow Removes all, it will only make the ADT one big Shadow!)
3. Save it

So you can remove the old drawn shadows

To get new Motivation, i use 2 things.

1. I make an MPQ with my Worldbuild, start my Local Server go Ingame and make a little sight seeing in my new World, thats makes me so happy to see what i have finished after a year of Modding and after this i start Noggit and work again on it.

2. I make some Images of the World, Post it to friends and they motivate me

(sry for bad english)
