adt/wdt creation, maybe wdl if this is usefull D:, WATER! and maybe a working modelviewer in noggit where you can browse models and import them right in noggit?! D:

As longkallsong said it would be sweet to have ground effects addable in noggit, and having them bound to textures would be even better.I can also imagine DBC manipulation implemented in noggit aswell, changing / adding skyboxes or creating new area IDs straight from noggit sure does sound nice.
