Here is the website of the DLL:
http://www.battleye.com/downloads/
Just FYI in case it's not blatantly obvious, this is a Wow modding forum. For other games, go somewhere else.

Someone Lock This Thread?

Can't lock because the OP is in the correct section; Random. The question is also legit and I am requesting the OP to 'fix' the topic because it is misleading.

On the other hand, to the OP Yolo33, I would like to remind you that requesting info on other subjects not related to World of Warcraft on a World of Warcraft forum and not obtaining answers should be expected. Regardless if it's in the Random section or not. That is common sense.

I need you to edit your topics info so that it is more specific please; Specify it is not for WoW

Nevertheless, goodluck and I hope you find answers.

Please try to be polite and respectful my friend. I don't want to have to come back a second time for no good reason :)

Happy modding.

Fixed.

Huh? I can't check what is done outside of the dll, and the dll itself is heavily obfuscated, as I said.

It is actually not a function inside the DLL, it's the connection that you get that checks your current .DLL. Nothing has to be changed in the .DLL. I don't think it's that hard for you to find out what connection it is.

I am NOT saying you can't post it here. I am only saying that not getting any reply should be the expected result due to the reasons given.

You could atleast try to look for what is checking your current .dll.

We know that this is the Random forum. Still, this is a WoW modding community, so people just don't know shit about what you want.

That doesn't change the fact. Just because this is a "WoW Forum" doesn't mean you can't post anything else than WoW. Random is random.

You're asking for something that as I said above is a shitload of work and hard, in a forum that is not even remotely about this topic. People will probably not know how to do it, just like you. Try a forum actually made for this topic.

Did that, nobody is answering. Don't forget that this is the "Random" forum.

Random / Slowing down a connection
« on: August 03, 2015, 12:32:53 am »
I want to slow down a connection that I always get so it takes longer to download the file. Like 10 kb in a minute. Is there some sort of programm that could do that?

That thing is heavily obfuscated. I don't think just editing is feasible.

It is possible, you just need to know how which I don't. That's why I'm here but it seems like not even one has a clue. Very strange..

There are 5 downloads for ArmA 2: Operation Arrowhead on that site.

It's the "BE CLIENT FOR WINDOWS".

Like I said, I want to spoof the version of the DLL, that means I have to change the func "GetVer" to return the version, but I do not know how.

Looks like he wants to avoid an anti-cheat system for a FPS game. This isn't what this forum is about, even if you are posting in the 'random' section. In fact this site is quite anti-hacks/exploits.

"This is the forum for all the things you shouldn't post anywhere else."

Okay, do we need a 40 page ToS for every forum explaining in detail what is and isn't approved off?

Yeah.
