[QUESTION:WotlK] Patched WoW.app for Mac OSX?

Good evening Modcraft community,

For a long time I had my own copy (downloaded from some dead link who knows where now) of a patched World of Warcraft.app for Mac that would allow much of the extended modding and additional files.
However, I've recently lost it and my searches have turned up nothing - it doesn't look like there are any live links that have a working copy. Hoping someone may have one kicking around they can upload for me!

I did check the 'Mac OSX Tutorial' and unfortunately, the links there are no longer functional.
