[QUESTION] Model Viewer doesn't show all WMOs and M2s?
« on: November 25, 2014, 02:47:16 am »
The question in the title, does it show all? Because I cant find some for example today I wanted to find some net M2 from booty bay houses and ofc couldn't. Also when you open some tabs theyre usualy to say the least - limited e.g. You open tabs World - WMO and there is just outland darkportal.wmo? Is there some other tool better for extracting(and saving in different formats) wmos and M2s?

WMV loads all of the MPQ archives from your WoW client. You can also edit Config.ini to load additional patches to show .m2 files from WoD on v0.7.6, for example.

If you cannot see a particular .m2 it is because the object either does not exist other than as part of a .wmo, or your client is incomplete. Check your configuration settings to be sure that every MPQ is loading on startup. If not, delete userSettings folder and select your WMV directory again or add the missing MPQs to Config.ini.
