[REQUEST] WMO Editor

I have searched for a WMO editor. I have not come across a fully working one. The only one I have found is the one called WoW Map Editor by SomeWhiteGuy and it does not allow for complete editing of a root WMO file. Will someone point me to the correct direction for a WMO editor.

The original website that this tool comes from is not working anymore so I am attaching the tool to this post.
