Please have someone else Converts mdx files to m2 (TBC), searched everywhere and only found for Wotlk

I'm pretty sure there is no converter to TBC. To be honest, a working converter from mdx to lkm2 is relatively rare already. Your best bet would be updating or creating one yourself.

Possibly. Though TBC has some values that LK doesn't:

0x02C    uint32       nD - always 201 or 203 depending on WoW client version
0x030    uint32       ofsD

For example. As far as I checked, these are not within the LK. As the numbering and the additional values are missing, TBC wouldn't be able to properly load them up. Thus, errors.

Iirc, they are there, but just with proper names. Tbc documentation is missing a lot.

got same problem with converting objects to vanilla wow, digged some in internet and found there was once in 2006-2007:
