Also a good tip is to show ingame images or movies that are not photoshoped or aftereffected
This give the people a better hint about how it will/should be. And it also shows people that you are able to import ths stuff into the game.

Here is a screenshot of the Hokage building, 11 rooms, 5 floors and 2 side buildings. The texture could be better, but again, it's not that easy.
