Miscellaneous / SQL Question
« on: November 08, 2013, 02:54:55 pm »
I want to take all of the wotlk items and put them in a tbc database. How do I go about doing this?

Also, in 2.4.3, attack power and spell power are spells unlike in 3.3.5+ they are stats. Is there a way in the 2.4.3 DB/core to make items use spell power and attack power as a stat instead of a spell?

Apparently it's easy to do with the right dbc editor. Btw, it's in the talent.dbc

Honestly, it was for a guy making a server and he wanted some zone transitions. I've lost contact with him and that was the only one I've done. I can do more. (Duh.) In essence, it was for nothing. I'm not going to be using it. Unless someone wants to pay me a ton of money to make wow an open world like skyrim as you said, then I probably wont do it.

You can't see them because of the distance I was at, but I have some objects. A little deserted camp.

I opened my model viewer after a while of not using it. It was fine at first, then a few moments later the objects started moving by themselves. I've gone and re-downloaded everything. The modding pack and all, and it's still doing it. What could this be? My mouse and keyboard are fine.

Serverside Modding / Re: Mac Patch
« on: July 02, 2013, 08:09:11 pm »
I have pc users using it right now. I'm using it right now. Mac users have tried using it, but it doesn't work for them. I changed the talent trees (made them custom ones), changed the name of an area. That's pretty much it.

Iuhm, I'm pretty sure I gave enough info. How do I make a mac patch instead of a pc patch?

Alright, so I made a patch for my server and it only works for pc users. How can I make one for mac users?
