Need Help Custom Area Paying 5-10 Euro

Hey guys,
i want to Create my own Area that didt work and also Staff map
Map Show correctly in noggit but not ingame
When i put ithe files The MPQ editor and save it at Data File It wont Showup in game
And i cant teleport to it
could sombody please help me With teamvieuwer?
Free or 5-10- Euro? Moneybookers
BTW i think i put it wrong in patch file or MPQ editor is to old?
