Surgos - New Worlds
«

Surgos is an experiment we wanted to try out. It is a complete new World created with Noggit and other tools. It is a German project and a Role-play-server. We wanted to see weather German players are interested in Role-playing on a whole new map and a new Story. In the future I will upload some more details and pictures and maybe a trailer here for you.
Datasheet:
- Own Map
- Own Lore
- 4 staring races (Orcs, Trolls, Dwarfen, Humans)
- Player-cities
- Plots
Planed:
- Hunger/thirst System
- Heat System
- Own Classes
- Own M2s/WMOs

Looks good. Which Noggit version did you use?
You may want to use imagr.eu for pictures.

Look`s nice. May you want to add some textures and doodads to ground?

I used the noggit beta.
Well, there are textures on the ground
or which do you mean? Well, there are some detail-textures still missing, but I didn't know yet which to use. I could use grass but this might give the city a much prettier touch it should have.
The ground effects are also still missing, I think I will add them later, when I finished the rest

We're moving on!
Skybox was chosen...
...first loginscreen...
...sure: new zones we're created!
...first music was also done (will not upload it yet)...
...Highelves joined the races...
...new concepts were done and lore moves on!
So, just to tell you, that we're still alive
(sry for double-post)

Because two of our team are studying or/and moving house, all's a little bit slower, but good old Sina trys to work for at least three!
We got lots of development in the lore (drawes went out of the story, etc) and worldmodding is also going on.
Wanna see/hear more?
http://vakaraworld.jimdo.com/
This is a simple development-page where you (and we
) can get lots of information/pictures/etc. It's all german, but pictures aren't that hard to understand and the most important thing ;-)
There's also a
Blog
where I try to show you about all two days what we've done in this time
I will also upload some pictures here but most will be uploaded on the page (:
So far
Sina

To at least say what happened to the project:
It was closed in winter 2011, mostly because I was the last person working on it, because Kallar started playing SWTOR. Other thing was, because it didn't seem that we got a chance to get a root.
Adts will be send to Steff for Maruum, maybe someone wants to finish them.
All old news about the project can still be found at
http://vakaraworld.jimdo.com/
(german!).
