We're actually working on custom patch.
335 ALL GM server with 8 years tradition, server is mainly czech but we are open to public (we'll open it more for international players)

I've had ~40k gameobjects within a single zone with a few thousand in any one area. The game runs fine as long as you don't go too crazy.

I doubt you're seeing all the gameobjects in that tower at any one time anyway. And even if you did, I suppose the information is streamed from a server.
