« on: May 01, 2015, 05:34:06 pm »
Hello, guys. I want make some good machinima, so I import to 3DS max human female HD model from WoW Model Viewer, and have cubed(?) model. So, look on screenshot. What I have to do for fix this? Also, if anyone knows good guide about animation in 3ds  - please give me it. Big thanks.

If you're going to get into animations I'd start with a different program, C4D is more user friendly and max isn't the best for animation if you want animation use maya but don't get ahead of yourself.

The model just isn't smoothed out that's why it looks that way.

This is how it should looked when imported correctly.

You might of just had wrong setting set when you imported the model idk I haven't used the 09 ver of max in a long time.

You lack smooth edge shading.
