r u able to add water in noggit or is there some other way of doing it plzz let me know :)

.... Try entering "water" in the upper right "Search" box. It'll most likely give you tools like "Allwater" or similar...

And no, you can not add water with Noggit. Noggit even "breaks" water, as in: it removes it.
