[HELP] Crash on opening!

When I go to open Noggit, it crashes.. and says

Runtime Error!
Program :

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.


I have read all the other threads, and nothing helped.

[Error] Error opening archive: C:Program FilesWorld of WarcraftData/enUS/locale-enUS.MPQ

Is there this file? Do the file and the path exist?
Is it an 335a wow? 4 dont work!
