Not realy unexpected if you have strange MPQs inside yournoggit folder.

390 - (MPQ.cpp:47): [Debug] Opened archive C:UsersSamuelDesktopWoWData/patch-6.MPQ
1400 - (MPQ.cpp:89): [Debug] Completed listfile loading.
1410 - (MPQ.cpp:47): [Debug] Opened archive C:UsersSamuelDesktopWoWData/patch-8.MPQ
1421 - (MPQ.cpp:89): [Debug] Completed listfile loading.
1436 - (MPQ.cpp:47): [Debug] Opened archive C:UsersSamuelDesktopWoWData/patch-c.MPQ
1441 - (MPQ.cpp:89): [Debug] Completed listfile loading.
1454 - (MPQ.cpp:47): [Debug] Opened archive C:UsersSamuelDesktopWoWData/patch-r.MPQ
1454 - (MPQ.cpp:42): [Error] Error opening archive: C:UsersSamuelDesktopWoWData/patch-s.MPQ

Move them all out Only original blizzard MPQs at first start. One of them is simple fucked up.

Now figured it out, thanks. I thought instaling pandaria from oficial download won't rewrite the whole wotlk folder. Never been so wrong, and so because of that those custom patches corrupted the noggit now.
