Re-puzzle the BLPs. Probably works.

The problem is that Pandaren characters have a different UV distribution and texture size.

Old characters (512x512):


Pandaren and WoD characters (512x1024):


You should modify the model UVs and textures (or modify the game client)

Because the male model you have has a correct UV/texture? I posted everything you need to know in my last post, there is nothing more to say
