Use a hex editor like 010 Editor and modify the flag that's set to 01 to 00 like I have in this image here, then save and close it out:--SNIP--
Did you run by my post? did you try that out? Depending on what version of Talis you use to make the WDT File, it can set the 01 flag on new WDT Files.

Verify that your .MPQ is in the list. Verify that when loading the MPQs listed backwards, your modified Map.dbc is the first one you see.
