[QUESTION] why is Noggit not saving my work?

yesterday morning i spent about 8 hours editing the small area south of Ahn'Qiraj (terrain and textures mainly). i wanted to take a break and could not save, or at least i don't think it was saving. so i left noggit running and just went to bed from a headache.

my ..\3.3.5 Noggitworldmaps folder is empty, and i'm not sure what is going on. when i click "CTRL + S Save All" in Noggit nothing happens.

am i ignoring something important? i don't know why it doesn't want to save.

have you checked in your wow directory fof "world/maps...." ?

yes, i mentioned that, it's empty.

when i first installed Noggit it saved fine, i never changed the noggit.conf save path, so i don't know why nothing is showing up in that folder anymore.

just tried saving again and it finally crashed........

i checked the folder and it saved 1 block, 28_48. the main part of my edit is gone, but oh well...

EDIT - seems to be saving now. i guess it was just having problems from being on for 10+ hours. i'll make sure i save and close/open the program more often, i guess.

Noggit DONT clean up ram. So if you want to work best restart and only work on a smale area. Dont fly around much before

Also working for 8 houres and dont seve anything is.... I save every 5 till 10 minutes.

You can test if save works by press M all adts should get saved are marked with a white boarder. After save this boarder should be gone.
