Noggit Error Plz help

Hey guys i am new into Noggit3.
and i have some problems with running it.
i got windows7 32bit

Log:
0 - (Noggit.cpp:130): Noggit Studio - 3.0
1036 - (Video.cpp:204): [Debug] GL: Version: 4.2.11554 Compatibility Profile Context
1036 - (Video.cpp:205): [Debug] GL: Vendor: ATI Technologies Inc.
1036 - (Video.cpp:206): [Debug] GL: Renderer: ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series
1037 - (Noggit.cpp:257): Game path: D:World of Warcraft RetailWorld of WarcraftWorld of Warcraft
1037 - (Noggit.cpp:261): Project path: D:World of Warcraft RetailWorld of WarcraftWorld of Warcraft
1037 - (Noggit.cpp:308): [Error] Could not find locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf".

Does some1 know how to fix this error?

Noggit could not find a locale directory. Be sure, that there is one containing the file "realmlist.wtf".

Is your WoW a 335a? Noggit dont work with newer versions of wow.

As the error states: You need to have a file realmlist.wtf in one of the locale directories.

Ergo, there needs to be a file wow/Data/****/realmlist.wtf. How hard can that be?

Wel i have the file Realmlist so i dont get it why thats the error

on Ac-Web they replyed this
You need Visual Studio C++ and latest DirectX, as well as Framework 3.5 to get it to work. Otherwise if this doesn't work, your graphic card can not generate enough Open Gl to run Noggit, so your screwed from there unless your willing to get a new graphic card.

i gonna try this and let u guys know  ;)

Well i just tryed this all:
i got Visual Studio C++
DirectX 11
Framework 4.0
Graphic card up to date
And it stil dont work -_-

But the error say that IT IS the missing file and not the missing framework. And you DONT need .net for noggit. Only the VS10 c++ runtime.

This does not seem right at all.

Also, saving is described in the help / controls panel, just as much as just clicking the menu.
