Check existing armor structure.

You have various files in item/texturecomponents/*. Entire Armor is split into torsoupper, torsolower, legupper, leglower, armupper, armlower, hand, foot; each form components that you can edit. Look for existing combinations (They are combined in itemdisplayinfo), place them together and go wild. Everything else is well explained on here multiple times.

First of all, don't make so many posts or nobody is going to help you.
Wow model and texture files are compressed. You need casc view to view those files (http://www.zezula.net/en/casc/main.html).
Textures are in BLP format, you need to convert them to PNG and vice versa (viewtopic.php?f=59&t=801).
Once you edited the textures put them in your wow folder (with its corresponding subfolders) and use a cracked wow.exe to make them work.
For Wotlk the process is quite similar, but you need to put those files inside an MPQ file (and cracked executables are not required).
