Issue with crashing wow client
« on: November 24, 2011, 08:44:19 pm »
Alright, so I got one issue with it I do not know if it is noggit itself savings or if its Taliis.

Anyway my problem is my zone loads textures, trees, buildings everything perfectly.
But I tried to emulate it with my friend so I gave him my patch (he is also a modcraft beta tester).
Anyways we wanted to get to this zone both of us.

It works fine for me, but for him connecting to me with the patch, he crashes the game when he tries to go that zone. How can that be? I mean we both got the same patch on our clients.

If you need details name it, and I shall try to provide.

1. He have a second custom patch in wow.
2. He have some extracted files in his wow folder.
3. Clear the cache folder
4. Clear the WTF folder

Thanks for the response I will check the matter, when he comes home.

Now are there any other thoughts on the matter, that could be the error should these all be proven to actually be fine in his folder.

Thanks :)
