[HELP] Creating a new Continent (Eluo Tutorial)

Hello everyone!
You might all know Eluos Worldbuilding Basics Tutorial. First of all I want to THANK ELUO for this great Tutorial. But there is one section I am struggling with, its the part where the new ADTs and WDT are packed into "a Patch" in order to shape the new created continent in Noggit.

I am kinda a Newb to all this stuff. I just wanted to ask someone if he could clearify the way how to make the new continent available in Noggit.
Eluo is talking something about "Pack your new DBC,wdt and adts into a patch" (which patch?) and "Now just take the adts and the wdt files and put them in to the wow folder like this: wowfolderworldmapsyour awsome instance name" (but in my wow folder there is no folder like "world" or "maps"?!)

I am kinda confused, I sent a message to Steff too because I am not sure if this problem does belong here, maybe I am just misreading something (don't wanna be part of the "bad thread section" lol)

Eluos Tutorial is not bad but Steffen made a series on beginner stuff:

I will just add that you are looking for information about MPQ archives which are often simply reffered as "patches". They are described in section Joker linked, in this topic.:
