It's a simple recolor. You must open the textures and recolor them to red with photoshop/gimp. Also, you will need to change the particle color (it has 87 particles), the light color and the geoset color (you can use hex, py model editor, etc.)

You can't edit 4.X+ models with 3.X tools.
im confused. how would i go about editing particles? i cant seem to open anything with py model editor.

There are plenty of tools for wrath of the lich king, but not for 4.X+ models. If you have no experience in model edits it will be VERY difficult for you tu succeed.I don't know if py model editor works with 4.X models, but you can use hex to edit the login screen lights/colors.
