There's a nude mod site called Azerothica. They have a patched .exe for nearly every MoP version as well as 6.0.3.
It'll let you do model edits, in their case nipple edits. :lol:

Once you have that, use it as your base for all other exe-related patches. Run the SkyFire Patcher on it, or whatever you're using, as well as any GlueXML/FrameXML check removals you need to manually do.
