Ancient edit I did a couple years back. Dusted it off, made a few changes. Hope you like it. Credit me if you use it, please :) enjoy!
P.S. This replaces the existing Sylvanas Windrunner. Didn't bother to copy the model and change the textures. Do it yourself!

Before she died ;(
Actually, this is a Blood Elf. Sylvanas was a High Elf. :P I just did this because it was for an old project for a ranger character. I released it because that project is from a couple years back and I didn't need it anymore.

Um, Blood Elves are High Elves. Well, were. They started calling themselves Blood Elves after the Sunwell was destroyed. Only visual difference is that Blood Elves have green eyes instead of blue due to the fel magic.
OT: With the exception of the face, it looks pretty nice.

Don't forget that blood elves also tend to have different skin. Your typical drug addict look. Though not all of them.

What's wrong with the face?

High elves have blue eyes. Blood elves have Green eyes
Sylvanas was high elf before becoming undead :)

Not true at all. Fel arcane isn't just making their eyes green. Both their skin and hair went darker and their entire physiology started to be more similiar to demons. In fact they started to become demonical race. Compare Draenei and Eredar. Compare fel elves and high elves. Blood elves are nearly everything between high elves and fel elves.
However, I don't want to say that there are no blood elves with blonde hair and pale skin, but they are quite uncommon. Still, darker hair or skin wouldn't look so well with armor colors, so this version is quite OK in my opinion :).

It's low quality, looks kinda blurry/stretched ( although I do know that this is the model itself and not your error or something ).

I advice you not to oppose someone's statement when you are clueless what that person is talking about. Log in WoW, go to Dalaran, see what Blood Elves look like, see what High Elves look like. In-game the only difference between them is colour of the eyes. And yes, I am talking about IN-GAME differences, not lore-wise. Because we are looking at an IN-GAME model, not an imaginary figure.
However, just because I am talking about the in-game model doesn't mean that I am not familiar with the lore, in fact I am quite familiar. So I will have to disagree with you about your entire second statement. Fel Magic did not affect their hair or skin colour, not at all. The greatest example of this is the first and most potent fel magic-using Blood Elf - Kael'Thas Sunstrider. He has blonde hair. Normal skin. Argue against that.

Just joining in and saying that Kael'thas never really used Fel Power in high amounts. He consumed Arcane just like he always had done. After he consumed fel magic after he died in Tempest Keep you can see drastic changes. I would say that fel magic does darken your skin and hair, but only if used in high amounts (See Fel Elves). The amount of fel magic used by blood elves are very different from elf to elf. Warlocks and Mages higher chance of getting more corruption. Whilst example priests, blood knights and farstriders have less chance cause they don't use it as much and not exposed to as much magic.

He became like that because Kil'Jaedan ressurected him and did some other stuff to him. Not because he overused Fel Magic himself. And you can't really say that Kael'thas didn't use Fel Magic in high amounts because he is the one who introduced it to his people and he was the most magic-thirsty among them all. To the point that he felt betrayed by his own people and went to Outlands with Illidan. Only then he discovered the Naaru technology and ethereal energy.

I advice you to be less offensive. I did nothing wrong to you.

Offensive? I mean no offense at all. Would rather say I was being strict there. It's impolite to oppose someone's statement when you are unaware of what he is talking about.
And I still disagree with the statement you've quoted about Blood Elves with pale skin and hair colour being uncommon.

Anyway. This isn't meant to be a lore accurate Sylvanas Windrunner. It's meant to be just a fun little reskin someone could use for an NPC, perhaps.
