ok whats ur problem now: getting water in there or restoring water after u made changes with noggit?

allwater.exe would be an example with that you can restore water.

allwater can not restore shallow lakes and some rivers.

with that programm u can get water at a spefic area

or u can use
viewtopic.php?f=59&t=1585
or
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=1651

to export water from an adt where everything is the way u need it (if u have one)
and import it then into the adt created by noggit
