Title: [HELP] Ground effect

Hello, I need place ground effect to only one texture. But taliis placed Ground effect accros the full red square and only first placed texture.

does anyone know a program or another solution?

I already had replied on the shoutbox.
Search in the tools section. The needed tools should even be among the first five entries.
