Banzboyz77 wrote a nice guide that treats many points not included in any tut here. Its worth to read :)

What I like, is, that he is "bundling" most of the things. Definitely worth mentioning in one post what can be gathered in a whole on here.

The nice thing about a board is that everyone can wirte tutorials :)
I whould but dont find the time in the moment. n up to date tutorial series like eluos basic post whould be good.
Also we could do this together in the wiki. Easyer to work together and update parts between.

Are here some guys want to help to build such a big worldbuilding tutorial in the wiki?
If we find 3 or 4 guys I will also free some time and help.

I lack the confidence to aid in such a wiki.
 Its not that I do not have the time.
My skills & knowledge base are rather limited.

The most problems that come up here in posts are problems of beginners. The stuff all other still know and there is just nno precise tut there describing it. I also have no time but take some of it to give stuff out and help others. If i dont did this i whould be faster with Maruum. And if everyone spend a little time together it will be a big amount of.
