I can't get it to render properly sadly, but what's different about it between the cata/wotlk versions?

I have had extremely poor luck converting WMOs from before and after WotLK. The structures for vertex coloring and geoset flags were changed in Cataclysm as far as I know, which is why I cannot cleanly convert any alpha .wmos beyond 3.3.5a to save my life.

Good luck porting Undercity from Cata to 3.3.5a; by the way, the difference is that the Cataclysm version has the complete Capital City ruins whereas 3.3.5 does not. :P

The wmo by itself doesn't look correct since I think there are other things going on in the ADT such as new WMOs that make up the surrounding courtyard and stuff. But since you asked for only the Undercity WMO, here it is:

Thank you again Philip, is exactly what i was searching for.
I was wondering why,though, the last parts of the wmo (from undercity_206 to uncercity_215) cannot be exported with machinima studio.

You can try exporting it with Tintai tools or using a blender wmo plugin.
