Title: [QUESTION] Is it possible to port Cata maps to WoTLK?

Hey there! I'm wondering if it is possible to port Cataclysm World maps (Specifically Moonglade) to WoTLK. I'm talking about when you hit "m".

I'm also wondering if it is possible to bring Twin Peaks to WoTLK.
