Title: [Answered] [1.12.1] Anyone have a DL link to Glitchy's MES

I've been hunting google and I know it exists, but all the file upload sites are from 2006/2007 and aren't active. Or if there's a  similar tool that does item model swapping easier than manually editing DBC files it would be much appreciated.
