Hey, can i make a custom login screen? and how?

No idea if you can, but yes, custom login screens are doable.

Well there is only two ways to do this:
Either in LUA and fake a 3D Scene or you build an actual 3d model in blender or mdlvis and replace the old loginscreen with yours.
