Title: [QUESTION] [WotLk] Noggit Bad Performance
Post by: Jarkiro on September 24, 2016, 11:31:35 am
Hey guys,

im having bad performance on noggit, around 5-10 fps at best and i have no clue about whats the reason. A friend of mine has a system which has around 50% performance of mine and gets stable 30-60.

What i already tried:

Move Noggit/WoW to a SSD
Make sure the right GPU is selected (only 1 in the system)
Reboot
changed FaZ to really small values (128 or 256. No performance increase, only visual bugs)

SystemSpecs:

I5 - 2500
8 GB RAM
RX 480
Noggit 3.1021

Does someone have an idea, what i can do to increase performance?

Greetings

Jarkiro

FAQ, Q2.:
viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10109 (http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10109" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)

You simply had to do something wrong in case you've really followed FAQ. Provide a log file on pastebin, so we can take a look on what GPU your actually Noggit uses.

Thanks for the help guys. Here is the logfile:

My CPU does not have a integrated GPU, and according to the log files, the RX 480 is in use.

I tried to disable AA. Only option i found was "use application settings". FPS improved a lot, (from 5-10 to 15-20). Not very comfortable, but enough to get some work done. Ty Man
