Is my noggit retarded or is it me?

Read-only acces rights to data folder? Check that folder's Properties if there is Read-only really switched off.

Btw, path to Import file should not end with , its path to file, not to folder.

I suppose he knows about those errors very well, but he doesn't know wth are they there.
