Title: [QUESTION] More skins to currently playable races?

I've added more skins to the currently playable races in 4.0.6a but I am unsure if this is a WOTLK issue too! I cannot accesss the skins without randomizing it first which would become a pain for the server I am on, anyone know how to fix it?

Maybe it is tied with ths Skin failsafe/filter thing?
