I don't get your problem... Why are you talking about .rar file ?
Normally you just copy your "Patch-5.mpq" to Wow 3.3.5a /Data folder and that works.

look i did the patch at my data folder but stil i dont see all the objects that i spawned there

Your file is named

patch-4.MPQ

and if you open it up in MPQ editor you see something like this

 but with only the

world/map/MAPNAME

path in it. If you have direct the files then you did it wrong and should READ again the stuff we pointed to. MPQs have an internal folder structure that you MUST create. Else wow dont load your files.
