Nogg-it needs a menu so you can modifiy arenas and make you're own one

You can just make an arena as a usual map and then just change the map type in map.dbc

It would be good for utility to have menus for Arenas, and Test maps who are not flagged as raids, continents, dungeons, or battlegrounds.

Will fix this at weekend
