Blipper

Blipper is a Cocoa BLP viewer for OS X. It can view most common BLP types, perform some basic manipulations, and export BLPs to JPEG, TIFF, and PNG. Its BLP reading is provided by BLPCore (http://modcraft.io/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=8346).

Requirements

• OS X 10.9 or later (may run on OS X 10.8)

Todo

• Mouse coordinates
• Batch conversion mode
• BLP saving
• Writing changes back to BLPs

If I was still using a Mac, I'd be in heaven XD.... since I was a TIFF-aholic way back when.  Great release!

Thanks for this.. What about a BLP converter so I can make a custom login screen?? I want to make my signature image.

now a blp editor would be nice rather than having to convert back and forth.
