Why not just have a look at the database. Its better to start a question with things U have already don yourself. So the guys here see that you will not have just the ready to use solution but get help and are willing to do stuff on your own.

To answer this quickly. There is most likely no way to do this without having to go through it a second time anyway. What you want is every word in quests to be translated. However unless you have a 100% accurate translator yourself, you're gonna want to go through it again to fix spelling errors and grammar errors.
Why do you think Blizzard didn't do this for German and Russian realms and whatever? Exactly :P

Uhm, Keta, quests are translated. There even are sites and databases with the translated texts.
