Title: [QUESTION] Talents Not Appearing on any class?

Hey everyone! I'm trying to make custom talents, and with these, you move on to another talent tier every 2 points. Now, I have modified my TalentBaseFrame.xml, and set the Player_Talents_Per_Tier to "2", and I've also modified Talent.dbc, SpellIcon.dbc, and Spell.dbc.

I'd appreciate some help. I'm super lost. v.v If it helps, this is a mage.
